Why:

Mostly because the leader is an important position, and I think Ambers' character fits rather well. I would be A Medicine Cat, but they don't have very awesome personality in the book. I'd much rather be leader.

Good Role-playing example:

Amberstar slowly stalked after her sparrow, her velvet paws rustling the grass beneath her feet. Her pray paused to preen it's feathers, giving Amber the chance to pounce of her pray. The bird was at least half the young cats' size, making the following battle brief but fierce. Amber ended it by digging her claws deep into the poor creatures' neck. The bird scratched at Amber with it's claws, but slowly stopped moving. "Jeez," Amber sneezed. "They get harder to hunt all the time."
